Delete account and data
For optional Calendar (CirclePlan) and Jobs (Jobonta) accounts accessed through Staticlabs Global Intelligence, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject Staticlabs account deletion.
- Identify the tool: Calendar, Jobs, or both.
- State whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data removed.
- Include the account email. Never send a password.
We may request proof of account ownership before acting. Deletion includes the authentication account and associated owned online plans, invitations, comments, listings and reviews in the selected service. Copies already received by other users, local documents and exports on your devices are separate. Operational or security logs and provider backups may remain under the relevant provider retention schedule; information required for legal obligations may also be retained.
You can request removal of specific data without deleting your account. General news, web search and financial research do not require an account. To remove locally saved preferences and stories, use the relevant tool settings or clear the app website data. Delete exported files separately.
